A thrilling new series soars above the competition and redefines middle-grade fantasy fiction for a new generation! The seven dragon tribes have been at war for generations, locked in an endless battle over an ancient, lost treasure. A secret movement called the Talons of Peace is determined to bring an end to the fighting, with the help of a prophecy - a foretelling that calls for great sacrifice. Five dragonets are collected to fulfill the prophecy, raised in a hidden cave and enlisted, against their will, to end the terrible war.

Publisher's Summary
Audiobook four: I'm Too Fond of My Fur!:
When my old friend Professor von Volt called to ask for help, I agreed immediately - even though it meant trekking halfway around the world to Mouse Everest! The trip was long and dangerous. I almost froze my tail off along the way. And then I was kidnapped by a yeti! Yes, it was truly an amazing adventure....
Audiobook five: Four Mice Deep In The Jungle: I have never been a brave mouse...but lately, my fears were taking over my life! So Thea and Trap decided to cure me. They dragged me away on an airplane (I'm afraid of flying!) all the way to the jungle. There I was forced to eat bug soup, climb trees as tall as skyscrapers, swim in raging rivers, and even wrangle snakes. How would a 'fraidy mouse like me ever survive?
Audiobook six: Paws Off, Cheddarface!: Holey cheese, it was strange! Rodents kept telling me I'd done things I had no memory of. Was I going crazy? Had the cheese finally slipped off my cracker? No, I soon discovered the truth: There was a Geronimo look-a-like going around, pretending to be me! Worst of all, he was trying to take over The Rodent's Gazette! I had to get that greedy impostor's paws off my newspaper, but how?
What the critics say
"Herrmann is pitch-perfect as the often-exasperated mouse....Throughout, copious sound effects and snipets of original music are the ideal compliment to these kickey adventures." (Publishers Weekly)

Encore
My two boys, 6 & 10, LOVE listening to the Geronimo Stilton stories. They must listen to a story every two weeks. They never tire of these well read and animated funny books. The narrator uses a combination of voices and accents to distinguish each character, as well, sound effects are added in the background to polish off the effect. The stories are always written in a comical way with punny - play on words -vocabluary. The boys enjoy the strong characters and outlandish adventures. Geronimo seems to get himself into trouble on his adventures, he is often afraid, (he is a scardy mouse), but he works through it with the help of his family and they often solve the mystery. It's good for the boys to hear about someone who is afraid, but faces his fears. The humour lightens the mood. I would highly recommend these books. My boys prefer them to movies on long car rides, they choose to listen to the stories while they play and sometimes over watching TV. It gets their imaginations going. I keep my iPod close by and Geronimo is always accepted as a special treat!

What a book!
I have two little girls that listen to this book every night and enjoy it so much. One of them even said that the next time they read a paper copy of the book the voices of the characters will be just the same as they are here. We spend all of my credits just for these books! What a wonderful book!

Another fabumouse collection of stories that’ll have you squeaking.
If you enjoyed the first three books of Geronimo Stilton’s adventures, here’s another trio of stories to get your paws on. Join Geronimo as he travels to Mouse Everest, tests his bravery in the jungle and confronts a look-alike of himself who threatens to take over the newspaper he works for.
This collection is cheesier than a three-cheese cheesecake. Geronimo Stilton is set for adventure!

Funny and entertaining!
This is my 8 year Olds favorite book! She loves the voices and the "sound effects", as she calls. She has heard this over 60 times (I know!) and has not gotten bored. Highly recommend!
