best for new Gluten Free eaters

This audiobook was okay for me personally. Since I have been GF for nearly a decade a lot of the things she was saying I already knew. however, if someone is new to GF I highly recommend this book. It has tons of info and recipes to try out.
the narration was good and her anecdotes were funny, sometimes I had to roll my eyes at how often she takes risks that could be avoided out of fear of being ridiculed or ashamed of being a celiac. While I understand this sentiment I don't condone it. It is something that has happened to us not by our fault and we cant be ashamed or embarassed about this. we deserve to have uncontaminated food like everyone else.
best advice... you are celiac... DONT EAT ANY GLUTEN.. AT ALL. not a bite. not a meal not a crumble. NONE it will make your life so much better.
