Publisher's Summary

Theresa Caputo, TLC’s Long Island Medium and the three-time New York Times best-selling author, teaches us how to ritualize and recover from the daily losses in our lives.

Life on earth comes with losses that often go unrecognized, unacknowledged, and un-mourned. This invisible pain causes deeper emotional damage - devastation that Theresa Caputo has witnessed in many of her clients. Though they are suffering, they rarely understand where the anguish is coming from - or how to deal with it.

Theresa’s clients often confuse their emotional distress with depression or anxiety. But it’s more than that. It’s grief, deep and profound, and it consumes the soul. The only relief, according to Theresa’s special gift she calls Spirit, is to pay more attention to how we experience, ritualize, and recover from the hurt in our lives.

Once we name these feelings of grief, recognize the losses for what they are, and create mourning rituals around them, we can move through the pain and begin to heal. It isn’t just a good idea to mourn these types of upsets; it’s essential, so that we can then enjoy a fresh beginning.

She sounds robotic

I like Teresa but she sounds like she did not review the words that she is speaking of this book and she sounds like she's constantly pausing and trying to see what she is reading and it makes it extremely extremely uncomfortable to hear her struggle through the words, it doesn't sound like it comes with ease she sounds very unfamiliar with these words because she didn't practice she should have read the book 3 times and then had somebody edit her when she sounds like she's confident

Found to be Helpful

I love Theresa! This book intrigued me because one doesn’t usually stop to consider our everyday losses let alone grieve them. I found Theresa’s messages enlightening and helpful. Now I am more aware and can balance myself when experiencing an everyday loss.

First Timer For Theresa Caputo Book...So Happy I Did

I was delighted when I heard Theresa reading her own book, as it lent it her personal perspective in which the book is written.

This book is for anyone who is trying to understand loss and/or change and needs additional perspective and ideas for supports.

Much love and appreciation for writing and sharing your words of wisdom from spirit and experiences from clients Theresa.

Absolutely recommend this audible. Great healing tool.

I truly enjoyed listening to Good Mourning audible. Theresa did a great job in providing great insight on many “life events” that we all experience ir know someone who has gone through them. I was happy to hear her speak if so many of the things I personally have endured in my life. Perhaps that is why I liked this book so much because most people can not relate to such experiences because they haven’t gone through them. Thank you Theresa and to those people who allowed you to share a piece of their lives too. I absolutely recommend this book to allow for some healing. And if not, simply to educate oneself and/or to help someone who is in much need of some understanding of their heartache(s).
