Nothing helpful

Lots of stories but nothing to help with grief but maybe I am asking too much. Some religious references that was annoying. Least it was short.

Helped me a lot to get ready

I started listening to this book when I was told that my 15-year-old companion has cancer and we will have a few weeks with her. I listen to the book every day driving home; of course, I cried a lot while listening, but it somehow prepared me to say goodbye and helped me with acceptance.
