Dry narrator
The narrator was very dry and this made it hard to follow the story.

Great Collection to Get in the Halloween Mood
Since Halloween is right around the corner, I listened to these stories with my six year old. She really enjoyed them and kept wanting to listen to more. I think that is close to the upper limit in age for these stories as she sees and hears spookier stories on TV. Nonetheless, these stories were fun and are perfect to set the mood for Halloween. We both agreed that Under the Bed was our favorite, the twist on monsters living under your bed was not lost on her. Fred Wolinsky did a good job with the narration and was able to put the excitement into the story needed to keep the attention of younger listeners. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.

Loved it
I loved your book this was the first of yours I read & I thought it was really good I think next time your story should be about double the length & have a more creative name, for example, Midnight Tales With a footnote STORY'S FROM THE DARKEST HOUR. I think you could make the story a little better with a more distinct ending some of your stories are kinda cliff hangers & sometimes that's good but I think they should be more explained. Also if you make another horror book It should be for a little older age group. Overall your books are great & I think you should keep making them

Not good
Around camp fire with three 8 year old boys in perfect scary story mode and these were awful. The stories made no sense and we're not scary or entertaining at all.
