" This is an excellent book

This is an excellent book that is well researched and focuses on CBD, as it's title makes clear. In the interest of transparency, I know the authors well. I wrote the forward and the section on endocannabinoids and phytocannanbinoids.

The book has over 400 citations of scientific and medical research, yet it is readable by anyone seeking helpful answers about medical cannabis. There are plenty of books available about THC (the ""get high"" molecule) and its impact.

Very Helpful!

Whatever questions you may have as a beginner or thinking about becoming vegan, this answers a lot! Very insightful and to the point. It's definitely a repeat book to listen to, especially because of the time. A Must Invest! You won't be disappointed!

This is not a book. Maybe a speech. Could have been more incisive, inclusive, and engaging. To me it has a soapbox tone or the tone of a rebelling child.

What a simple

What a simple, yet deep, way to write. I am amazed by his personal quotes and his simplicity as a human being. He is convinced ideas yet he does not force you to believe in them. This book is not about religion whatsoever. This is about how to keep trying on our well being each single day.
