Such a beautiful book with so much incredible wisdom from Thich Nhat Hanh. Highly recommend to anyone in pursuit of mindfulness and peace. Edoardo was an excellent narrator too with a very calming voice.

I would rather physically read this book rather than listen because the information being provided would be better read.
I also find the author reading isn’t my favourite voice to listen too. Great book though :)
