Sometimes you can get overwhelmed with the amount of health and wellness information out there, but this book is helpful if you want to “take action” and put more tools in your toolbox to start feeling better. It’s easy to follow and enjoyable to go through and even though I’m not a combat veteran, it was very relatable.
