Buy the physical copy

I liked the book and it’s very useful, however, I believe this is the kind of book you use as a reference more than once. For me at least, if I’m going to use a book as a reference often, I’d rather have a hard copy.

must read

I really enjoyed the content, and it is so important that we understand the connection between mind and body and how that influences what happens to us in the physical.

Auntie Louise

A classic. I have owned this book as far back as 2003. There is a copy in my Kindle Library. Once at the age 18 a physician told me the arthritic pain I felt on my hands was psychosomatic. This was the best diagnosis ever. I thought if my mind has made this, I can unmake it. Auntie Louise has had the same resonance over the past 25 years. She makes sense, but it takes discipline and mindfulness to benefit from the blue book. A must in a library on wellness and healing.

Enlightening view of health problems

I wish it was Louise herself that narrated this, but it's ok, the book is still interesting and useful. Highly recommended for those seeking for a more holistic approach to their health issues.

Don't waste your money!

she just reading a list of random ailments and gives you a 1 or 2 word explanation for it. Ridiculous!
