Powerful, Astonishing, Epic Storytelling

Heart of a Warrior Angel: From Darkness to Light is a work of fiction in the thriller and supernatural metaphysical fantasy sub-genres. Recommended for mature audiences due to some sensitive subject matter such as childhood abuse, this well-written novel takes us on an emotional journey of transformation.

Every once in a while, an author delivers an oeuvre that is so unique and transmits so many raw emotions that you can’t help but being mesmerized by it. Author Lali Love displays such passion in her writing it immerses the reader deep in her story. Heart of a Warrior Angel relates the tale of Lilac Noble, a young girl from the ex-Soviet republic of Georgia. Born into a burdened family, Lilac’s childhood was filled with hardship and traumatic events. This rough childhood will leave Lilac scarred for life. But it’s precisely this upbringing that will forge Lilac’s strength and will. But before, she must learn to face her harrowing past; all the rejection, emotional abuse from her father, pain, and abandonment that tormented her and has haunted her family for generations.

Author Lali A. Love delivers a superb tale that encompasses a great many different lessons about the human spirit and the divine power to overcome darkness, and as such it will read as both realistic and inspirational despite its supernatural themes and settings. Lilac makes for a highly relatable central character, and I really enjoyed Love’s narrative style and how it brings us closer to the protagonist's most intimate thoughts and feelings. The path from dark to light is not easy, and Lilac will have to toughen her skin and build courage if she is to save her family. Lali A. Love paints a character so powerful that it will leave a long-lasting impression on the reader. Her play with metaphysical concepts is top-notch. Brilliant and astonishing storytelling by Lali A. Love.
