finally a narrator worth listening to

For years, I’ve been searching for a good audio version of Johanna Spyri’s Heidi. I've already purchased two other versions but neither is quite right. This historical classic needs a narrator who is expressive without being treacly or condescending and gets the comic elements of the book. Gemma Whelan (Yara Greyjoy in Game of Thrones) nails it.

Beautiful story, terrific narrator

Our whole family, ages 7-47, loved it. Winsome, wholesome story that entertains and leaves one satisfied.
