Not what I was expecting at first.
I'm a fan of the one-on-one but this two on one really changed my perspective. The story has a nice flow to it and it doesn't feel rushed. The erotic parts are short and sweet. Definitely a fan of this series.

Great story
Great story ... amazing book in the series or as a standalone. Passionate from start to finish can't wait for the next book.

Good
I enjoyed her character she was an environmental scientist & activist who use to be a professional surfer in Hawaii.
She was put in jail for damaging boats that would have killed whales 🐋 so I don’t think she did anything wrong. Rather than spend 19 years in jail she agreed to go through the interstellar bride program.
She had two mates the primary doctor in the colony and his second.
They had some growing pains getting to know each other & her primary mate having a personality close to her father’s which cases some resentment but they worked it out.
She also went on a different planet that had water to figure out what was happening there & discovered the hive underneath draining the planets water.
They made a good team and she was able to talk to her parents & hash things out. & the spice was fun too!
