So disappointing

Very anti-climatic and rushed. I'm very disappointed after finishing this book since it was not even close to being as good as the first book. Often times I found myself getting bored and wanting the storey to move into something interesting, but it stayed dull. I know that Amanda Hocking stated that she didn't enjoy writing the hollows and it was very obvious. The storey line felt very rushed and underdeveloped. I felt as if the events that took place in the first book was not even taken into consideration. Majority of the main characters died in the second book without a good explanation and the new relationships made were underdeveloped. Especially Remy's new love interest. Overall, I wish that more effort was put into this book because the events were just dragged on and the storey line was insufficient.
