The only issue that I have with this book is the constant selling of service titan and other businesses that I assume the author has used and invested in
As a company that already uses service Titan
I find it incredibly annoying when the author harks on about service titan and how good it is
In a few chapters it feels like you’re in an infomercial
This definitely distracted from my enjoyment of the book
All in all it’s an amazing book just fast forward through the sections trying to sell you service titan

Everything in the book can be done by “the little guy”
You don’t need to be a 30 million dollar a year business to implement these practices.
