I was loving the long 9 hour plus audiobook on my three 3 hour road trips. Would recommend this if you are into Star Wars.

This book is my least favorite of all 14 Star Wars books that I've listened to. Mark Thompson is amazing as always. Scoundrels was a better Han Solo book, this one I force myself to finish, I wanted to abandon halfway through and then three quarters of the way through, I just couldn't get into it, I found it un-interesting. Too bad I love Star Wars.

the story was good, but Marc Thompson makes it sound and feel like a Hollywood production, again luke and han sound like e real person...I would recommend this for anyone enjoys the original trilogy.

The opener and Han's moments of reflection and philosophy of freedom are perfectly written.

There are some peak Scoundrel Han moments that are genuinely funny, but the book doesnt make him into a flawless superhero. It brings a lot of depth to Han. This book really made me like the character a ton more.

The new characters and villain are awesome and Mark Thompson brings it all to life.

Overall, just really well done. Better than book 1 of the series. Glad I spent a token and listened to this one.
