Publisher's Summary
It's supposed to be fun without strings, but resisting her is so damn hard.
I'm good in bed, and I know what I want. So when a curvy grad student catches my eye, I do what I do best. I take her home. I kiss her hard. I - well, a gentleman doesn't kiss and tell. I don't expect to want more.
But I do.
Iris is smart, sweet, and innocent as hell. I need her as often as possible. We strike up an arrangement. There are three rules. All fun. No strings. No falling in love.
But then I've never been very good at following rules.

A STEAMY STRUGGLE TO A SWEET HEA
It’s a brave thing this author has done.. instead of a damaged hero she’s written about Iris, a damaged heroine who is putting her life back together, she’s a Grad Student studying Psychology and is finally making some life goals after getting out of a bad relationship. She meets a strong-willed manwhore hero with an addict sister who keeps losing her way.. the sexual chemistry between them is strong and she quickly agrees to a one night stand.
Tattoo Artist Walker Williams hates commitment, never dates and he’s pretty much a one and done kinda guy.. but, when he has one of those steamy nights with Iris, moving on seems off. The pull between them is strong.. so is the continued attraction, the chemistry and the easy banter so they arrange an exclusive ‘friends with benefits’ arrangement to scratch each other’s sexual itch. Through various rendezvous (in and out of the bedroom) they end up spending more and more time together, getting to know each other, until they become inseparable. But Iris is keeping back a secret - one that she’s sure will destroy them.. oh she tries to come clean a few times but Walker keeps stopping her assuring her whatever it is it doesn’t matter and “the past is in the past”. Well you know how that’s going to end and it doesn’t just rock the boat it capsizes then sinks it.
Worth a credit? Yes, I really enjoyed the dual POV storyline, the vulnerabilities of the characters and the emotional struggles Iris and Walker had to eventually evolve their relationship. I did think there was a wee bit too much sex (gasp horror I know I know) and I found myself fast forwarding a few scenes. The Duet style narration is always my favorite kind and done by Kai and Wen it’s perfect and you really can’t fault it.

Friends with benefits
I overall super liked this one. It was interesting to read about a girl with a broken past as opposed to the guy having one. Addiction isn't an easy thng to write about and I'm happy this author tackled it. Solid fwb evolving to more romance!

Another great Crystal Kaswell story!
Playing is another great story by Crystal Kaswell. This book revolves around Walker and Iris and their relationship. Along the way we get to know them as people and want them to overcome the hurdles that are put in their way. I enjoyed this book and look forward to more from this author in this series.
The narrators did a fantastic job.

Another great couple
Walker is a tatoo artist, happy to spend his nights with random women leaving all feelings and emotions aside. Then he meets Iris and they agree to start a friends with benefits hook up with no strings attached. This works out great until they begin spending all their time together and realise that they are now basically in a relationship.
Iris is hiding a secret from Walker that will change his perception of her, but is their new found bond enough to weather this storm? Another fantastic dual POV narration that kept me excited the whole way through. The sexual chemistry was off the charts Hot! Loved it. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this audio book and this is my honest review.

Perfect Story
I loved this story. Couple meet, have an intense connection and beyond amazing sex. She has a secret that she tries to tell him and he wants to know but doesn’t at the same time. The truth comes out, he gets mad, she apologizes, he apologizes and they fall in love. A happy ending after told in the best Crystal Kaswell fashion. Don’t pass this up.

Loved It When I Read It...Loved It Again On Audio
I love the depth of the characters and storyline that Crystal puts into her books, it leaves me a very happy and satisfied reader. I also appreciate how she tackles tougher topics in her books, not just focusing solely on the s*xy stuff, it again makes it more true to life and adds all-around depth.
She also uses my favorite narration team of Wen and Kai, which I love. I consider them the benchmark of my narration standards...and now say I'm a "narration snob" only the best for this listener!

Must read and Definitely listen to
I loved this book. Narrators are perfect and I'll listen to any book they narrate. PERFECT EVERY TIME.
This story was pretty great actually. I'm sure it's difficult to write about this issue, not this author did a great job.
These characters were extremely likable, and that helps make the book go faster... so I sit in my car... Probably longer than I should, just to make my ride home longer, so I can listen to more of the story in a day's time. This book is definitely worth it.

Wonderful!
What a heartfelt story of addiction and the outcome. Love and sex is in the mix and that is not to be ignored. Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott brings this one to life so much in the narration. I loved it!
