Great book with a lot of depth
I found this book very helpful after a divorce and facing being single. It also helped me figure out what I valued and gave me a healthy direction for when looking for my soul mate. I'm very happy I got this audiobook.

Love this book!
This is a fantastic book! I'm reading the hardcover as well as the audio version to ensure I soak it all in. The author shares a lot of great insights on how to live a more happy and fulfilled life. She discusses real life stories on how her principles and insights have helped her patients. The narrarator has a pleasant voice.

I cried in the first chapter, yes, it hit "home" quick! After that, I felt relieved that I could focus on the book. I will need to re-listen to this self-help book because there are suggestions that I needed to write down, but couldn't while driving. 😁

A must re-read, and not just for singles!
I've sent this book to all of my dearest friends. I had just finished The Love Gap (an also must) and was truly skeptical about diving into this one...the title was a bit too promising. But within minutes of starting to listen, I knew it was EXACTLY what my searching single soul needed. I've not bought a paper copy so I can re-read it, with a highlighter in hand!

Jennifer does a great job addressing this issue. I will definitely listen to this book again. Her work is valuable, laying out strategy to progress through rumination and into a healthier mind, and sense of self.
