Amazing for anyone single or not
Don’t let the title turn you away from this book. This book has helped me shift my perspective so much and I love how the author used both scientific and anecdotal evidence. This book literally teaches you ways to be happy as a single individual and not just for single people who want relationships. I highly recommended to anyone who wants to get out of their head and feel happier.

Highly Recommended!!!
This book really helped me to shift my perspective on dating and other areas of my life! It's very easy to listen to and follow along with! I actually listened to it twice and have recommended it to many singles! The advice is actually advice you want to hear and probably actually need! I can't say enough about it! Such a good book!!!

Great book with a lot of depth
I found this book very helpful after a divorce and facing being single. It also helped me figure out what I valued and gave me a healthy direction for when looking for my soul mate. I'm very happy I got this audiobook.

Best self help book I’ve read
This book isn’t like other self help books I’ve read and is about you not how you qualify to others. Self growth, self satisfaction, not about making you look better for a potential partner. I take this book on advice about life not about just relationships. #Audible1

Too many anecdotes, not enough substance.
Too many anecdotes, not enough substance.
The narrator sounds like she's babying the listener.
The chapters are also not titled, just numbered, so you don't know the contents of each when trying to skim through it.
