Fast Listen, with Incredible Results!

Within the first few minutes of the book, through till the end (a short hour, with no fluff🔑 Thank You Thich Nhat Hanh❤🙏!), he shares easily adoptable perspectives that can literally change how much nutrition we get out of our food. These are the principles we should be talking about and spreading, before even what we eat. Adopting these simple perspectives doesn't cost anything, but I see a big difference the more honestly and consitently I do them.

I really appreciate how He talks about things we can do with even just a few seconds of focus. How it can have a physical effect on our food and our bodies reception to it, but also building our ability to focus stronger and longer with practise itself.

I'm excited to listen back and internalize the different elements and make all of this a part of every meal!

!!!Highly Recommend!!!

Its a very easy listen, broken down into well labeled chapters to remember and go back to. Take some quiet time and test out the suggestions with sincerity.. you will feel it!
