Publisher's Summary
Using energy therapy and emotional healing techniques, How to Heal Yourself When No One Else Can shows you how to achieve complete and permanent healing by loving, accepting, and being yourself no matter what. Energy therapist Amy B. Scher presents an easy-to-understand three-part approach to using energy healing for removing blockages, changing your relationship with stress, and coming into alignment with who you truly are.
After overcoming a life-threatening illness, Amy had an epiphany that healing is more than just physical. Her dramatic story serves as a powerful example of how beneficial it is to address our emotional energies, particularly when nothing else works. Discover areas of imbalance and easy ways to address them on your healing journey. Whether you are experiencing physical symptoms and chronic illness or are just feeling lost, sad, full of anxiety, or emotionally unbalanced, this book will show you how to use intuitive self-healing to change your life.

Excellent info. Poor reader.
I highly recommend this book.Lots of really practical information that can be put to use immediately. Unfortunately, the woman who reads it does not know how to narrate and really detracts from the message with her unnatural reading style. That said, it’s worth the trouble. I will use this info for a long time.

Narrator drove me nuts.
Couldn’t help but feel the narrator was forced and almost yelling. Needs to be a calm narrator for this type of book. Bought Amy’s other book which she narrates herself.

Garmin?
Who is reading this? Sounds like I am listening to a Garmin read this book to me. Way over pronunciation! This made it hard to receive the message of this book for me.

Can’t get past the narrator. Awful choice.
Honestly I’m only an hour into the book. And I am finding good bits of information thus far, but I am certain I can’t listen to this narrator for 9 more hours. Totally ruining the benefit of the audio book for me. She is over pronunciating EVERYthing. It is so distracting and unnatural. I feel bad to have to rate the book poorly because of this.

Horrible
Ms Schers first book was amazing and helped so many Lyme patients. This was horribly read. I had to stop mid way. Grueling, insincere mess.

Wonderful and helpful book
I really enjoyed this book. It confirmed thoughts I have had about healing and also gave me new ideas on how to help myself. Thank you to Amy for being brave enough to detail her path to wellness so others can learn and not feel so alone.

Great content, horrible narrator
Take your time getting through it. One chapter at a time. It’s worth it for the content but you really can’t handle more than a half hour at a time without the narrator making you want to scream.
