Excellent resource! #Audible1

This book was a pivotal part of my home self management program dealing with chronic pain and illness. I found the narrator's voice and content to be compassionate, inspiring and educational. It would fill voids in the day with positivity and understanding.
Great book.

For the newly diagnosed

This book serves as a great introduction and brief overview for those newly diagnosed with chronic pain. Though, if you are a long-time patient and have done previous research, processed the diagnosis, had convos about it with friends and family, etc. the book likely won't offer new information to you
