Helpful beyond words.
I got this book, desperate to have an idea on how to do one of the many disciplines a Christian should be engaging in regularly.
I started the journey, expecting a formula. I was doubtful because I have tried so many times.
Pete’s approach is humble, non-judgemental, and very loving, urging the readers that to pray and communicate to God is the lifeblood of one’s faith.
He has provided practical approaches to praying, but at the same time, addressed so many heart issues that many believers may be struggling with when it comes to prayer.
I have been highly encouraged by the book and it has jumpstarted my prayer life in a profound and life giving way.
I have been so impacted by this book that I have given several copies of this to many of my loved ones, because this tool has helped revolutionize how I pray.
Thank you Pete Greig for being an instrument of God to help people look to Him.

Formation over information
This is not an information book, this is a guide to your own formation through prayer.
I will read and re-read this book over the rest of my life. There is so much here and so much freedom to try. Loved it

Inspiring and detailed! A great companion to Red Moon Rising
I found this book very well structured and detailed, with many resources attached or linked with it.
It was both simple and yet full of depth, equipping me and inspiring me to take it one step at a time, getting closer to our Father in Heaven.
