Marginally useful, perhaps not

Not sure who this book is aimed to help, but it is quite brief and spends a lot of time emphasizing benefits and with other comments that seemed unhelpful. May be useful to some

Encouraging words

This is a great little listen. For me, it was helpful to hear these things again. It is encouraging to hear these words because, even if you already know the facts, it is helpful to have someone speak them to you.

How to decide and go about quitting

Challenging to write on this topic as everyone has unique situations so its targeted at a general audience. Some good ideas/best practices. This is really for early in the quitting process.

Like Reefer Madness & DARE had a baby

Total waste of time. Someone needs to update their knowledge base. This was a 1980s after school special level snore fest. Like the video a substitute teacher would slap in the VCR.
