Publisher's Summary

Even for a top-gun banker, temptation this hot is quite a gamble in a sexy Wall Street romp from New York Times best-selling author Lauren Layne.

An alpha among the wolves of Wall Street, Kennedy Dawson rose to the top of the pack by striking the right contracts at the right times. But there's one deal that's been giving him a run for his money - a pact to never again let his assistant, Kate, get under his skin. She may be smart, gorgeous, and sharp as a whip, but she's definitely off-limits.

Kate Henley isn't a banker, but she knows a thing or two about risk management - specifically, about managing her attraction to her smolderingly sexy boss. She already fell once, and Kennedy showed no sign of paying a return on her investment. So when Kennedy's brother starts pursuing her, Kate figures she has the best of both worlds. Jack is charming, rich, very attentive, and the spitting image of his older brother.

It's also making Kennedy think twice. But to win Kate's heart, he'll have to broker the deal of a lifetime...and prove he's worth the risk.

Awesome book, why in 3rd person thought?!

I've been stalking this series for the final book for months, waiting to hear Kennedy and kate's story. The only disappointment was it being in 3rd person. Why do authors still do this ? lol. Only reason why I kept the book is because of the awesome performance Zachary Webber gives and I actually liked the story.

Best Narrator

Zachary Webber shines...as always. I’ve been waiting a long time to read Kat’s and Kennedy’s story. I enjoyed it very much.

Wonderful!

This story has everything from great sexual tension to jealousy. The writing and story are remarkably well done and the narrators bring the story to life. Loved the characters and how they seemed so true to life. The smokin hot sex was awesome and helped to make it complete. Loved it ALL!

Annoying Couple

Not as good as the other two. Female(Kate) is immature ... Wasn’t as believable and female went from love struck to b$&@“.

Favorite of the series!

Love Kennedy and Kate! So completely heartwarming, even with the few sad spots in the middle. These two earned their HEA.

Finally Kate and Kennedy's story!

I was so glad that we got to hear Kate and Kennedy's story. Unrequited love of Kennedy by Kate all these years. Kennedy's realization that he wasn't so indifferent to Kate as he thought he was. Kate thought she had gotten over Kennedy but of course she hadn't. I really liked the "strip chess" game. I loved how each of the 3 friends found their loves in different ways and they were all involved in this story. Listening brought the story more to life with Samantha Cook and Zachary Webber's narration.

Loved it! Great banter & story.

This series overall has been very enjoyable and this audiobook is no exception. I enjoy the characters and their friendships, their banter, how they genuinely care for each other. I think this was so anticipated for me because of the unrequited love aspect and seeing that evolve was very well done. The chemistry was well developed and the story had great pace. The narration was excellent all around! Both Samantha Cook & Zachary Webber performed this audio in a solid way.

Less than Impressed

The 21 Wall Series books 1 & 2 were great but I was underwhelmed with this story line that seemed to drag forever. Too bad - I feel like I wasted a credit.

Cute ending to the series.

I listened to all 3 books in the series and was waiting for Kennedys and Kate's story. I was happy both Samantha and Zachary completed the series. Both are really great narrators. It did start out with the narration in the 3rd person but it got better in the latter chapters. I confess I liked the first 2 books a tad better but I'm such a sap for Zachary that I had to rate the narration 5 stars but only 4 stars overall. I did enjoy catching up with the characters from the first 2 books but there's something about this book where I didn't get the same feels although I did enjoy it but not as much. No regrets though.
