Publisher's Summary

She's desperate to sate her hunger. They're determined to possess her. Is she willing to give up her freedom for a taste of passion?

Amara was content to live as a lone wolf, the only one of her kind - or so she'd thought. Her world was flipped on its head when a strange man with a familiar scent showed up at her work, demanding a private meeting.

Desperate to find the mate Luc had scented from 400 miles away, he was shocked to find her living as a lone wolf. Amaroki women were to be cherished and protected. What had happened to her family? More importantly, how was he going to convince her to return to the reservation with him? And how would his possessive brothers react when they found him with Amara?

Amara couldn't deny her attraction to the wolf-shifter named Luc, but she wasn't about to give up her career to mate with him and his three brothers, no matter how hot and bothered he made her. When his brothers arrived - tall, tanned, and virile - she could no longer deny her savage hunger for these shifters.

But how could she satisfy her desire and still maintain her independence with four overbearing wolves around? And how would she bond and adapt to their lifestyle when she couldn't shake her dark memories? More importantly, how would her mates react when they learned of her past? Would they reject her, or would they risk their lives to seek vengeance on those who've dishonored her?

Contains mature themes.

Meh

As much as I like reverse harem books, I can't stand when the female characters are so weak willed. Hormones be damned! Grow a spine and tell them "NO"! Grrr! Makes me want to slap the female!

So glad when I saw this on audible

This story is a great fantasy to escape to over and over again. I usually don't like reverse harem so I passed this read for a long time but the cover is eye catching and I had to pick it up over and over. In my honest opinion the ebook is better than the narrative . I think she sounded sexy all the time .I might have enjoyed it better if I heard the narrative first.

Not credit worthy!

This should have been included in the Romance package but not cost a credit. The writing is juvenile for a polygamous subject matter.

Spicy!

This book was definitely hot. Reverse harem so, listeners need to realize that before listening to it.

Lots to learn in this first book. Such a culture shock for Amara. I like how she doesn't really let her mates or their/her family push her around.

Lots of action, lots of heat.

This narrator took a bit if getting used to but, she did a good job bringing the story to life.

more like groaning for everything

The idea was interesting, werewolves who mate as a pack, as long as you can get past them being brothers. But what frustrated me the most was that any time there could have been character development the main character submits and is like "oh ok this situation and behavior is fine." a lot of these books use the "draw" to make an automatic romance happen but it was just too fast and not supported well in this story. Too unbelievable for me.

Shockingly Cringeworthy

I do not recommend this. Not only did it not have much of a story at all it was almost offensive at times. The FMC... I just pity her... if I was her I would have walked right off the page and told all those males, and the author to shove off. It was just really bad...really.

Weakest female lead EVER!

Im so glad someone else besides me said it! She has all the power but she such a flubbin weak looser. I hate that with a passion. My god get a backbone. Plus the narrator reads the book like she's singing some kind of song where her voice goes high then low constantly. It could be quite annoying really. Ill skip book 2.

The book was difficult to finish.

I felt the storyline was ok, nothing special. To much of the same. This was my first and my last book by this author.
