Subpar with a shaky plot line.
I've always been a massive James Patterson fan since I was in my teens (it's been awhile). Since he started co-writing with different authors I feel the quality of the newer books have been subpar and I'm constantly disappointed. Trust me, I TRY to like the books, a valiant effort is always maintained. The story lacked substance and character development. The synopsis paints this intricate story that doesn't ever seem to materialize. The person reading the story doesn't help either. I DO love the accent, it's beautiful. However, the reader never makes any of the feeling/emotions known and in the end it's a mishmash of what could have been a really great read/listen.

What A Disappointment!
When I buy an audiobook with James Patterson's name on it, I expect to enjoy a gooood story! When he 'co-writes' with new 'authors,' the story is usually not very good. Also, the narrator with the "Australian" accent adds absolutely nothing to a very dull story! In the future, I won't be so eager to buy everything with James Patterson's name on it. :(

Nothing good to say about this story
It is hard to believe that James Patterson wrote more than two words of this story - his name! There was nothing Patterson-like about the entire plot or dialog. It was slow moving and the "narrow escapes" unbelievable. Don't know if the narrator was trying to talk purposely with an Australian accent or that was her real accent. Either way, it was annoying. Don't waste a credit on this one.
