À propos de cet audio
A guide to why we should first love ourselves and how to go about it. Most women have been conditioned to believe that self-love is selfish and that self-sacrifice is a virtue. Many focus their desire for love and wholeness outside themselves and onto others, such as their partners, only to feel disappointed that they don’t get back what they give. Does this ring true for you?
With I Love Me More, entrepreneur, speaker, and single mom Jenna Banks crushes the myths about how we should relate to ourselves. She wants to help you stop freely giving all your power away and start understanding your worth. Jenna uses highly relatable examples from her life story to convey important messages about how you can live a fuller, more rewarding life by embracing your own value and power.
I Love Me More details valuable, empowering lessons, including: - You must love yourself more than anyone else. - It’s okay to say no. - Don’t look for external approval. What you feel about yourself is what matters most. - How you treat yourself is how you will be treated by others. - Always trust your intuition, even when it makes no sense. - Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you’ll ever have. Jenna’s down-to-earth, personable voice guides you through topics such as defining self-love, the ways we sabotage self-love, how to put yourself first, how to use self-love to be valued at work, how to balance caring for yourself and caring for others, and much more. Following Jenna’s lead, you’ll learn to embrace your inner warrior goddess!

On the other side of the life you are trying to keep together, on the other side of the pain you think will never dissolve into peace, on the other side of everything you are forcing—is the life that is waiting. The life where you are not pushed by your fears, but moved by your vision. The life where the right things arrive, and remain, and you do not have to contort your truth to make them so.

If you grew up with an emotionally immature, unavailable, or selfish parent, you may recall your childhood as a time when your emotional needs were not met or dismissed—and you may have lingering feelings of anger, loneliness, betrayal, and abandonment. As an adult, you have fought hard to establish your own sense of self, and heal the wounds caused by your upbringing. But what about other emotionally immature people (EIP) in your life? As an adult child of an emotionally immature parent (ACEIP), you may be particularly vulnerable to EIPs.

This book is full of points I needed to hear, If you suffer from people pleasing, self abandoning tendencies, low self-esteem and toxic self talk, poor lifestyle habits, inadequate tools for mental/overall health, This single book will flip you’re script. Listen to her carefully, put yourself in her shoes. I’ve been able to apply most points to my everyday life simple because so much resonates and it has made the world of a difference, I wasn’t a big fan of how colourful it was read out but loved the teachings of Jenna. This woman has an incredible 180 lifestyle change with a simple thought process. Here’s to loving me more. -cheers
