I very much liked the AI interplay and the tension between the RM and the crew. I only wish the story had a bit more intelligence in the way it was written. There were examples such as the RM in possession of the codex could not figure out sufficient insights from the relic to aid them in their battles. I don’t know. Everything seems very basic when it could have had much more character and plot richness.

I hate the captain but I bet all the readers would agree with me😂 I love how he slowly gets more and more responsibility as the book goes on. The pacing of the story is also good there isn’t really any dry spots
