Publisher's Summary

Five years ago, an innocent man began a life sentence for murdering his own son. Today he found out his son is still alive.

David Burroughs was once a devoted father to his three-year-old son Matthew, living a dream life just a short drive away from the working-class suburb where he and his wife, Cheryl, first fell in love—until one fateful night when David woke suddenly to discover Matthew had been murdered while David was asleep just down the hall.

Half a decade later, David’s been wrongly accused and convicted of the murder, left to serve out his time in a maximum-security prison—a fate which, grieving and wracked with guilt, David didn’t have the will to fight. The world has moved on without him. Then Cheryl’s younger sister, Rachel, makes a surprise appearance during visiting hours bearing a strange photograph. It’s a vacation shot of a bustling amusement park a friend shared with her, and in the background, just barely in frame, is a boy bearing an eerie resemblance to David’s son. Even though it can’t be, David just knows: Matthew is still alive.

David plans a harrowing escape, determined to achieve the impossible–save his son, clear his own name, and discover the real story of what happened. But with his life on the line and the FBI following his every move, can David evade capture long enough to reveal the shocking truth?

Awesome Sauce!

First off, keep getting Steven Webber to narrate! He brings the characters to life. Great story but i have to admit adding a touch of Ester in all your books makes me smile.

A five star novel with five star narration.

Harlan Coban’s best novel in years. And Steven Weber is a first class audiobook narrator. This is one of the most exciting audiobooks I’ve listened to in a long time.

Save time, watch the movie

First, the storyline was great. I loved it. The problem is, I loved it even more the first time I heard it… but that was when it was a movie. And it was titled The Fugitive. Imagine my surprise when I was approx. 80% of the way through the book and angry at this blatant plot grab, when Coben himself had to address the similarities between the two — he literally wrote dialogue where a character says the situation is like The Fugitive. Coben is an experienced writer — if an author of his caliber feels the need to directly acknowledge that his story is an obvious regurgitation of an old plot line, he should immediately click “send to trash” and start over. Yes, the book was entertaining — but you’ve heard it all before — it’s just told minus a one-armed man and a train wreck this time around. Disappointing Harlan - I expect a proven author such as yourself to produce an original novel at this stage in your career. I feel like you took the easy way out and unfortunately it made this listener feel cheated.

Great entertainment

I Will Find You
is the electrifying new novel from award-winning and #1 New York Times best-selling author, Harlan Coben. In this simply unputdownable new work of fiction, Harlan Coben does what he knows best and delivers another amazing story for readers and listeners alike.

Renowned actor, voiceover artist and narrator Steven Weber brings to life the story of a father looking for justice after being falsely accused of murdering his own child and imprisoned as a result of committing this alleged crime. he reads swiftly, he acts all the parts, he seamlessly switches between voices, accents and characters with ease, always pushing this fascinating adventure forward.
This tremendously talented team formed by author Harlan Coben and narrator Steven Weber never disappoints, and with every new book, they take their game to the next level.
I Will Find You quickly evolves into a brilliantly written, timely and deeply immersive adventure, full of mysteries, drama and action. Mr. Harlan Coben delights us with his unique style of storytelling and Steven Weber delivers another pitch perfect performance. if you love well plotted thrillers filled with lifelike characters and intense action then you must Pick it up, you won’t be disappointed!

Harlan, Please bring back Myron

I am striving diligently to find something positive to write about this book...well, of course Steven Weber gave his typically sympathetic reading, despite not having much to work with here.
I appreciate the mystery/thriller genre not for the stories but because most authors offer insight into human character and behavior, and occasionally, even wisdom. This book is no more than a series of ridiculous events and coincidences, all of which are entirely unbelievable, played out in an almost humorous manner by a bunch of brainless suburbanites.
I can imagine the author putting us on, sitting in a room any number of his Amherst grad authors, assigning each person the task of taking up the story where the prior person has left it.
And while Mr Coben's typical tropes are plentiful, the dying, tough but warm hearted father, the motherless son (the narrator) who struggles with relationship, etc., they are getting old.
In this book the author offers his traditional bow to Amherst College, his own alma mater, by virtue of the "hero" also being a graduate, but I am tempted to write to the College's new President to ask him to stress to Mr Coben that Amherst graduates are generally smarter by far than this novel's hero,

Ok now

This story was absolutely not like the movie, the fugitive. Only similarity is that characters in the movie with Harrison ford and this story were fugitives. It was entertaining and as always with Harlan Coben’s books - a complete twist to what you are guessing. I enjoyed it.

A return to form

The last few Coben books, to me, have been disappointing and felt kind of half assed. This is the Harlan Coben of old writing. I found parts a bit predictable but still pleasurable read and I’m not mad about spending the credit at all.

Not my favorite

i’ve enjoyed Harlan Coban books for years and years, and for some reason they’re just not as good as they used to be. I don’t think any of them will ever be as good as the Myron Bolitar series-those were so amazing. This book was exciting like all Harlan Coban books are, but it wasn’t my favorite. I’m also kind of tired of the cliché that all rich people are bad and that the people who happen to believe in God in his books are typically the bad guys. I do love Steven Weber. I never thought I would enjoy another audible reader as much as Johnathan Marosz who originally narrated all of Harlan Coban books, but Stephen Webber does a really good job as well.

As always this was fantastic!

Can Harlan Coben write a bad book? Can Steven Weber narrate poorly? NO!! This book was fantastic. Well worth the wait.
