Horrible female narrator

Loved the male narrator, he did a great job. I would give him 5 stars. C.M. Stunich is an amazing author, I've loved all of her books. However, the female narrator was AWFUL and did no justice to the author. I'll be avoiding listening to any more books narrated by her. On top of the fact her voice sounds to old for the character, she's super awkward in certain scenes which takes away from the character depiction. I've never had a narrator almost make me dislike a book based on their performance alone. If I wasn't hooked on the story line I would've stopped listening a while ago.

Okay ending

Good wrap up of the story. Maybe a little anticlimactic. Still not a fan of starting the book with a glimpse of the ending, I'd much rather be fully surprised than know the whole time some of whats going to happen towards the end.

Great Ending

This was a great final book. Can’t wait for their college books. The story lines were great and always kept you on your toes. I loved how descriptive the author is with the characters and the narrators were fantastic! Here’s the negatives: It took too long for her to become physical with all of them. That was unrealistic with horny HS boys. The loves scenes were barely descriptive. The author should make the characters bolder in the bedroom and get a little raunchy as a group. I mean…. It’s a reverse harem! I wish we could have heard the point of views from the boys. I like to know all of the characters involved feelings.

Grab a box of Tissue

A young girl coming of age with such passion for life and happiness. This series will out you through all the emotions. I laughed, got angry, excited and sad . The story takes you beyond just the face emotions, it makes you feel what she feels. The ambition, determination, the raw feelings of fear, betrayal, revenge, and love leaves you cheering her on. The narrators were fantastic but I'm bias, I love Marnye Young. Her story telling pulls you in with all the emotions and yet is soothing and pleasant to listen to. I highly recommend this series.

Outstanding Series

I rarely give five stars to books/audiobooks.

This series easily earned 5 stars. All three books were outstanding.

My scale goes like this:

5 stars - Completely entertained 100% of the time. Story is unique and unpredictable. Readers can develop a clear picture of all essential characters in their mind’s eye. Narration is flawless. No complaints.

4 stars - At least 2 of the above elements are at the 5 star level. The remaining have to be close to 5 star with only minor issues. Narration has to be close to flawless.

3 stars - Story is good enough to finish. One or two elements may be 5 star level, but as I listened/read there were moments I lost interest and/or was underwhelmed with the experience.

2 stars - May have finished, but only with hope the experience would improve. At least two elements have to be at 3 star level or above.

1 star - So bad I couldn’t finish or it never improves even if I finished it.
