There seemed to be no end, yet I listened to the very end
As a newspaper editor who tends to write very long, this story seemed to go on and on forever. I understand why the authors chose to do so. It was important to cover the trial, senate and then discovery of the wreck. But I think the survivors were recovered not much past the halfway point. This is the longest epilogue I’ve ever seen. Also, I don’t mean to sound trite, but I really did expect to hear a lot more about the sharks. Overall a good book, but most people would quit after the survivors reached shore.
