My friend recommended this book and I’m glad he did. Provides an overview of intermittent fasting including the types of fasts, benefits and tips, and meal plans. I’ve been fasting for a week now and already feel better.

Easy to understand for me.

I thought the book was very self explanatory. Easy to understand for me except the figuring of percents of fat, protein and carbs. Nice book for returning to for refreshing your memory.

All in one book.

It is an enjoyable read and I highly recommend it for anyone considering the keto diet and also intermittent fasting. Very easy guide to understand and learn about Keto. Great book, it’s life-changing in every sense of the word. While weight loss is probably one of the reasons you picked up this book, it’s just one of the unexpected and beautiful side effects of eating in a way that benefits your entire physical well being. The diet merry-go-round is confusing, dizzying, and doesn’t get you anywhere. You keep going in circles. A diet is just a meal plan. Right now, you’re already on a diet. overall great book, great information, well structured. Am pleased with the purchase.

Loved this Intermittent Fasting book also it's easy to reading and great information on Step-By-Step Guide to Lose Weight Quickly. you feel like you are doing everything right and this book is a must-read. this is a great book if you want to understand.
