I absolutely loved this novel and will definitely be seeking out more from this author!

At times sad, at times genuinely amusing - and then there were those times I just wanted Darcy to pump the brakes on her impulsive sleuthing - this book had me completely hooked. We meet Darcy, our protagonist, as she returns to work at the Library following a mental health break, and from there the story unfolds into something really moving and layered.

This novel handles so much with care: queer life, mental health, community, support networks, and sexuality are all woven together thoughtfully and powerfully. There's also a wonderful thread running throughout about the importance of libraries as diverse, inclusive community hubs.
