I loved this! Funny, sexy, cute!
Finally a book that doesn’t make the lead female protagonist 17-18 years old!
She’s 22 and in college and he’s her next door neighbor and dad’s best friend. He’s in his late 30’s and his wife died a couple years ago so he’s a single dad with two young kids.
He tried to get back into the dating game but with a small town the rumours of his enormous D spreads. She’s curious and watched him undress in his window.
Her dad asked her to help him out with his best friends kids but it became more then that. It was funny, sweet, and I was glad to see they actually had things in common and the kids were happy.
Plus the spice was amazing!!!

Decent with a number of funny moments
Cringy awkwardness is not everyone's kind of humour. The narration was fine - no specific complaints. The college student was quite immature but probably kind of accurate. I remember what it was like dating and older guy in my 20's.

Meh
Was disappointed in the story. Anna’s spazzieness, yes I know not a word but that was her, started to drive me bonkers.
She is a grownup and should act like one.
The narration was just so so. Heard worse and heard better.
It was free and short.
