Poor Quality

Unless you are a Chelsea fan I would not recommended this title. The writer is very self serving and provides as much insight that could be gleaned by anyone doing a simple Google search.

Thanks Audible for the speed setting, it would have been a terrible waste of time to listen to this title in normal speed.

The author focuses far too much on himself rather then the subject matter the listeners are interested in. He spends too much time attempting to portray tabloid journalism as noble and possess integrity but who is he trying to kid!!

Roger Beasley should be dropped

The book should be called Robert Beasley tells us how great with occasional anecdotes thrown in by Jose Mourinho from time to time. The guy spent 24 chapters patting himself on the back before I finally just gave up. I'm the biggest Jose a fan in the world which is why I bought the book... this was dreadful... painful!

Narrator sounds like he is drunk sometimes

Good story but the narrator sounds like drunk at times. Waiting for a real biography by Mourinho himself

Excellent read

As a coach myself, I love getting into the minds of other coaches. Jose is a manager who presents differently than he actually is. I loved learning of Jose the man. Fantastic book.

Only useful for a Chelsea supporter

Book is just full of stories and stats from Jose’s time as Chelsea manager (author is a Chelsea fan as well), I was actually hoping the author would have given more insight into his time in Madrid (which actually made me get the book in the first instance). Yeah, so it’s a good read for Chelsea fans.
