As the title says i stumbled upon this treasure trove of material after having read the gateway process declassified documents of cia and 🇺🇸 army. They went to the Monroe institute in an attempt to figure out how to teleport and i can tell you, if you believe what is written im here is esoteric and voodoo... You may wanna take a look at the aforementioned document by doing a simple google search, through cia's own library. You'll see quickly that in 1983 the army figured out not only all that he is claiming in here are true but sent people to train with him.

Wow! I learned so much about OBE and why the CIA was so interested in the Gateway Project. The Narration was amazing; I actually thought Robert Monroe was talking to me and I kept forgetting it was a narrator! I also recommend books on the CIA Stargate (Remote Viewing) program that also got trained at the Monroe Institute: Penetration by Ingo Swann, Reading the Enemy's Mind by Paul H. Smith, The Seventh Sense by Lyn Buchanan and the Joe McGonagall books. I can't wait to read to the next 2 books in this series. I have done this accidentally but am trying to do it consciously; a few times I seemed to have started to succeed but then fell back: I will keep practicing his techniques.
