Amazing and informative!

As a child with both my parents suffering from dementia and Alzheimer’s I want to know what I can do right now to stave off cognitive decline. This book covers it all, it gives you many practical things to do in your daily life. This book is backed up with endless references and research on the brain, cognitive decline and strengthening your brain. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in what they can do right now to prepare and maintain a healthy brain decades into the future. Will listen to it again!

A wealth of knowledge

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Dr Gupta’s audio book. It’s filled with a wealth of knowledge on how to keep your brain sharp. This book has prompted me to make some lifestyle changes and I’ll share what I’ve learned with loved ones. I appreciate Dr. Gupta taking time out of his busy schedule to share what he’s learned over the years. Very well done!

Questions in book

I only wish I would have realized there were so many questions in the book. Listening on Audible, it was tough for me to follow adequately and get the most benefits from the book. So, I now will need to buy the book. Great, great info though!.

An eye opening experience

finished in 3 days such an incredible piece of literature I started this book based on his last interview on Armchair expert & it has already helped my depression.

Everything you need to know about dementia

Dr Gupta's narration was excellent. He discusses ways to possibly prevent dementia, possible causes of dementia, diet, exercise, etc. This is an excellent book. well worth the money.

Dr Gupta is a Compassionate Expert

This is an excellent book documenting the critical importance of taking immediate action to improve our health. Our brains are the central powerhouse of our body that is a mystery and where the quality of our life exists. Dr Gupta teaches invaluable information that is life saving and life changing. Please take the time to get through this information. It is not a "Thriller" read, but, it is a MUST Read.
