Publisher's Summary

A lush, tropical island on an icy planet makes no sense.

Then again, not much makes sense anymore after waking up and finding myself not in bed but on a strange world populated by aliens. Since that moment, I've learned that nothing is normal anymore and I've got to roll with the punches. I can handle this, though. I'm strong and capable.

So...washed up on a tropical island? Got it handled.

Separated from the others in my group? Handled.

Stranded alone with a brutal but delicious alien man that can't speak English but has great...ahem...body language? Yup, handled.

Add in the fact that my cootie - a symbiont I need to survive - has chosen my big, hulking alien friend as my fated mate? Let's just say that the situation isn't the only thing that's going to be handled.

But it isn't long before I learn that the tropical island paradise is a death trap and we're all in grave danger, aliens, and humans alike. To survive this, I'll need my tempting guy to give me a hand with the situation...good thing he's got four of them.

Contains mature themes.

Whispers book in the spin-off series from ice planet barbarians brings you right back to what got you into ice planet barbarians if you read it you don't need the first series to enjoy this series which is wonderful the characters are fun and the situation is ridiculous and Grand
I enjoyed this book from beginning to end and think it's an excellent addition to the series.

Fun and sexy

I’ve read lots of the ice plant barbarian books before so I knew the word that she woke up in, but quickly the setting changed as she and another human female drifted down water and ended up on a hot tropical island.

The girls were split up with two different alien males taking one back to their clan. But not for to long as they wanted to know how the other was doing.

Then the girls realized that this tropical island is not what it seems it’s a big volcano that’s getting ready to erupt. Theirs dangerous creatures on the island and some are killed or injured & it doesn’t help trying to convince these people they need to get off the island when they don’t speak each other’s language.

There’s some great spice, friendship, community, action, adventure.

They leave just in time and find their friends from earlier in the book, introducing 3 new alien species that are a distant relative to the ice planet barbarians.

Fun addition to the Ice Planet Barbarians

This reignited my love for this series and I can’t believe in this involved haha it took a while to get into the new narration because they say things differently and the accents are weird but I think I eventually settled into it and it makes sense in a way lol
