thorough

I loved it and struggled with it. I have nothing to do with military or law enforcement instruction and very little with military training, but I admire the author and the experiences that are shared. Attention to detail, order, and routines all driven by function results. There are many aspects of order that I do want to bring into my leadership role in healthcare. I am thankful for the layout and descriptions as I relate through my experience as a first responder. it's a different sort of listen, but I'll probably listen to it again, it was just that unique.

Mr Howe is truly a leader and the kind of person I would hope our law enforcement and military was directed by.

Only applicable to a very specific audience.

If your profession is in training police, military, or civilian shooters this would be an applicable read. for anything else I'd look elsewhere.
