This free book drew me into this series. Normally Knot Your Omega books tend to be high on 🌶, low on plot. They can still be decent books but usually not great. This was different. This was very high on plot and character development. It hasn't as much spice as most do. I am very much looking forward to the next book.

Tooo Looooong!!! This frustrates me so freaking much with these long books!

It’s a good story! Really good story! About break-up, drug addictions, parent assholes, lost lovers, and true connection, smexy scenes. This book has all of it!
But it’s soooo slooooooow!!
I “Read and Listen” as many stories as I am able (give or take a few if they are not available on Kindle) so when the book gets boring in a part were there is a lot of inner monologue, my ADHD brain starts skimming ahead past the “slow” parts and I get so frustrated (with myself really) because those inner monologue’s are very lengthy and technically aren’t needed at all but in this book? They repeat over and over. The words are different but the same thing is being said in a different way but it’s still the same thing. (Make sense? I think not!)

I end up skipping half chapters because of this flaw of mine and the lengthy monologues.

Narrators are great. Story is great! Honestly! Shorten the monologues though, please?

I absolutely loved the book and I gotta say the audio is just as good. The voice actors were fantastic and they definitely did the characters justice. I cannot wait for part 2 to come out. I highly recommend this!!
