Disappointing, "written" by Chat GPT
Quite disappointing... Clearly a book "written" using a collection of data from a chat bot based on large language model, like Chat GPT. There is no cohesion in the narrative to be read as book and A LOT of repetition! I give two stars only because the BJJ topics are relevant, but in 2 hours of listening there was not much to take away. The information was totally generic and the experience of listening was very painful. I don't recommend it.
