Understand what good customer service really is!

As a diehard Disney fan, I gravitated to this book, but as a business professional, I found the tips, stories and lessons applicable to almost anyone.

Disney is universally known for their incredible customer service and to learn “back of house” details on what makes the Disney engine run, was both entertaining and educational.

If you are just getting going in your career, or are a leader of a major crew, there are actionable strategies that you can learn and follow. None of these lessons may seem groundbreaking, but applying them to your business can make the difference between a good business and a great one.
