Just Skip & Buy Sell It Like Serhant

This is a re-telling of a situation on MDLNY, the title is a bit misleading and not what you’d expect. I’d say a 3/5 given $1/8m is a minimal commitment, but just buy the Sell It Like Serhant book. Better value there.
