Good balance between relatable characters and entertaining lives. Not too much suspense where you want to read spoilers ahead of time, but just the right pace needed to do laundry and dishes. Will be buying the next book for sure.

Aaah, a true legal thriller!
I love the courtroom drama! Performance is not quite up to a Grisham audiobook level but still, I am anticipating the next book in the series. Long may Nate practice law.

Fantastic. Happily surprised. Highly recommend.
I really enjoyed it. I found Nate Sheppard character 1 of my new favorites and cant wait to listen to the next book. The narrator George Newbern really brought Nate to life.
