This was on my TBR for too long. Should have picked this up way sooner because I was definitely missing out!

Character driven story with excellent spice. Solely focused on the exploration of their relationship and that's all I needed!!

This is my 2nd BB Reid book and we re 2 for 2!

Great book and overall great narration, but the narrator CANNOT pronounce the word lilac 😂 « LiLock »

interesting book though at times a little long winded. I would love to have given this five stars but whilst I really felt and believed the performance of the male audio actor, the female one i think had the wrong tone and in many ways it annoyed me. she just sounded too naive for me to really take her seriously. nonetheless it is a good audio book and I would recommend to others.

I love a why choose but something felt off and the story was a little dumb. The male narrators were perfect as always but the female narrator got on my nerves, her voice did not match the character at all and I found myself annoyed when her chapters came in. Perhaps it was the FMC that bothered me but just wasn’t what I was expecting

It just wasn’t for me. I gave it a chance but the chemistry between most characters was hard to believe, the level of spice also wasn’t as spicy as a lot of reviewers mentioned, and I feel like with the amount of setup and slow burn the characters and storyline should have given us more to care about and be invested in. The voice actors did well though!
