Loved it!! ♥️

Liv is a second chance-ish romance that will give you all the feels. I absolutely loved Liv and Luke together! I know it’s sad because her husband dies, but you don’t get to know him as character, you only get memories.

Liv, Luke and Adam were all best friends in high school. Adam got the girl. Luke left for college. He doesn’t come back until the funeral. He can’t leave Liv all alone, so he offers her a room in his condo. Their friendship picks up where it left off. Only, Liv doesn’t know that Luke has loved her years.

Liv is devastated at the sudden loss of her husband, Adam. When Luke shows up at the funeral and offers her a place to live, she takes it. She doesn’t know how she’s going to pick up the pieces of her life, especially now that she’s pregnant. It’s only temporary, what could possibly go wrong?

Amanda Stribling did an amazing job narrating! I could see her as Liv. You can hear and feel the emotion in her voice.

Life can be full of the unexpected

This was a crazy heart-warming story. It hit all the spots for me. We see from the blurb that Liv’s husband died. I felt a huge tug on my heart… losing a husband and then getting that positive pregnancy test. It’s like he’s literally left a piece of himself with you… he did. I adored Luke an incredible amount. I found him completely charming. This audiobook shows us how completely life can take us by surprise.

The narrator, Amanda Stribling, did a fabulous job. I found her narration to be thorough and engaging. I enjoyed her and really felt as though she carried the emotions of the story perfectly. It was touching in all ways.

Amazing story!

I am completely in love with Liv and Luke. I am a sucker for friends to lover stories and Kelsie Rae did an amazing job of making me fall in love with them as friends and then as lovers. Luke was a good best friend to Adam and Liv which made me *swoon*. He had their backs to the end and it warmed my heart.

Heartwarming story

A terrific best friends to lovers romance. Amanda Stribling did a fantastic job of capturing and conveying Liv and Luke’s emotions and telling their story. I was captivated starting with chapter one and did not want to stop listening. The story is written beautifully but at the same time felt a bit drug out for me. I enjoyed it immensely and would definitely recommend to anyone who loves best friends to lovers romance stories with all of the feels.

Great Story & Audible Listen🎧 Heartfelt!

I very much enjoyed this book, it immediately drew me in and held my attention to the end. The storylines and characters are interesting and well developed. It falls somewhere between a between a friends to lovers and a second chance romance. Liv’s husband, Adam, is killed in a car accident, leaving her heartbroken and unsure of her future. To add to her worries she finds out she is pregnant. Their old friend Luke comes back home to attend his funeral. At one time they were a trio, but when Luke went off to college he fell out of touch with them. Luke vows to take care of her and tells her to come stay with him. Liv takes him up on his offer. I thought these two were great together, Luke always had feelings for her but hid them because of Adam. Liv never picked up on this but always thought he was her best friend. I loved how they get reacquainted as friends, also loved hearing Luke’s thoughts and his side of things. I enjoyed how their story played out, the drama, the history and then Liv finding out what she wants in life. I was rooting for Luke to get his true love, hoping Liv would give it to him. Kelsie Rae thank you for this great story and the emotional rollercoaster ride.

I listened to the Audible edition, Amanda Stribling does a great job narrating the story and bringing these characters to life. She performs the voices of all the characters, gives each their own unique sound making it easy to follow them. She sets the perfect tone for the story, adds the right amount of dramatic flair to enhance an already great story another level. Thank you for another great listen🎧

Love Liv & Luke

This was my second go around with this book as I read it on Kindle, and enjoy the series, I’m excited to see it available on audio. The beginning of this story breaks your heart and pulls you into the story of Liv and her two best friends growing up. In addition to recently losing her husband Liv is blown away by the surprise of a little one in the way. Enter Luke, he’s been madly in love with Liv since the day he laid eyes on her, can he be a good friend and support the girl of his dreams during her difficult time without getting to close? Lucky for us the answer is No 🥰

The Narrator does a good job of narrating for both roles.
