This book needs a PDF!
I have listened to over 100 audiobooks over the past 10 years. This is the first review that I have been compelled to right. First, if ever a book required a PDF (pictures) this is it! There is no PDF! I need pictures of the asanas. It also requires a PDF with the many short questionnaires and the many lists. Secondly, the ‘narrator’ is not pleasant to listen to. Some people should NOT narrate their own books. I tried listening for a few minutes but it all just turned into the wahwahwah of Charlie Brown’s teacher. if, like me, you are hoping that Sarah might be narrating, she does not. She lists and very briefly describes some yoga poses at the end of the book. There may be some good information in this book but I just can not listen for another minute. I may consider buying a hard copy.
