I see him all the time. At the mailboxes. In the elevator. Every single morning. It's exhausting...because he's exhausting.

Now, after setting his apartment on fire, he's my roommate...and he's the worst at that, too. I don't know what possessed me to let him stay with me. Pity, perhaps? I do know that I won't be falling for his charm. Or that panty-dropping smirk. His quick wit. That body he works so hard for. Nope. Not falling for any of it...least of all him.

There might be a fine line between love and hate, but I know exactly where I stand.

This is a fun, steamy read full of banter, and laughs. Dean and River are neighbors who loathe each other. Dean's music is too loud, he always takes her piece of cherry pie and he is annoyingly hot. But when Dean finds himself in need of a place to stay, River offers to let him be her roommate.

Lots of good humour in this well written story. Narration was spot on and engaging. Well worth the listen if you’re looking for a feel good, light hearted storyline.

Not sure why I found most of this book irritating because the two main characters were so childish. I stopped and started this book multiple times. Not sure I would listen to another book by this author.
