Open-mindedness is key!

Highly recommend for anyone struggling with a food addiction to give this book a listen. Such a refreshing insight, without the overwhelming bombardment of scientific facts that are always changing from day to day. Back to the basics, and challenging the brainwashing that has impacted us so negatively over the years leading us to where we are now.

Life can get better - let go of the yoyo dieting and try something completely new. No longer be a slave to the industrial commercialism... And like any addiction... Take it one day at a time. Progress, not perfection. Wellness, not obsession.

I lost 50 lbs following this advice in 3 months

for healthy mindsets (or somewhat), this is going to bring you fully committed energized and slim very quickly. for those that believe meat is healthy, you will be repelled by this book (the negative reviews are usually from meat lovers). Overall, if you try this for even a month and are open to eating less meat, it's easily life changing. And the weight will fall off, it did for me. thank you Allen Carr, you changed my life!

I personally already know this....

I don’t want anyone to not read this. For sure if you actually have eating problems and need to understand the fundamentals of proper eating to loose weight. It was a good reminder to go back to the basics of food, which I’m going to try.
However Allen Carr does it again, the way he words everything, makes it unarguable and infuriating at many times. But the ultimate choice is yours.

Easy Way Works!

I listened to the alcohol book first after picking up a drink after 12 years of sobriety and I was about to get a prostate cancer treatment done and I didn’t know how to cope. I listened to that book twice to make sure that believed it and took that shot as suggested and stopped drinking. My food was also out of control. I am 5’10” and weighed in about 250. I wouldn’t weight myself for long periods of time. I listened to this book and it changed my life. I ended up switching to whole food plant-based diet. I am a man, so I know it is easier, but I lost 60 lbs in six months and it believe I will keep it off. This book was the mindset shift I needed. I went on to listen to the mindfulness book by Allen Carr and have a solid meditation practice now that has been amazing for my mental health and recovery. I get compliments from neighbours and random people. All thanks to Allen Carr Easy Way. Thank you TikTok for showing me Nikki Glaser talking about it. It has been such a gift.

The book should be called "Just Eat Fruit"

This book has some sound advice but nothing revolutionary, and constantly compares the human diet to other animals like squirrels, gorillas and elephants. He has controversial opinions about protein and constantly tells the reader to eat more fruit. It lacks scientific evidence, and asks the reader to tap into some prehistoric human intuition that tells us to eat more fruit, and if fruit is not available eat vegetables. Apparently the human population has been brainwashed into thinking meat tastes good since the dawn of man.
