Is fear holding you back from the things you desire to achieve in life? Would you like better relationships that are filled with love and encouragement? Would you like to rid yourself of toxic emotions that are preventing you from being what God has meant you to become?

In Love Is Letting Go of Fear, Dr. Gerald Jampolsky gives you 12 easy steps to follow that will allow you to attain a life without unrealistic fear. You'll find new creative energy through forgiveness, a powerful emotion that cannot be ignored. Will listen over and over

First part is an interview with the author to get to know him better and understand where he comes from but the actual book DOES follow.

“You are not a robot.”

The above is just one of the transformative thoughts in this audio book.

I read the book almost 25 years ago, and it helped me improve my life by helping me restructure my thoughts; it helped me help my mom when she had a late stage cancer. My sisters and I stayed positive, and I am grateful.

I found this audio book when helping my sister who had an accident. It continues to teach me to let my ego/fear go, and just love.
