I have been following Matthew's content for over 8 years. This book was a beautiful and insightful collection of his wisdom and experience. If you have also been listening, you would have heard many insights he has shared over the years poured into this book. You can truly see the evolution in this book as Matthew has stated, it was written over different chapters of life. What wasn't made public was the serious physical and mental health struggles that he was facing behind the scenes while he poured his heart into his
work. This book has honest and vulnerable accounts of those struggles and the insight he gained from it. It seems to be a true labour of love. I am grateful to have laughed, cried, healed from heartbreak and eventually found love all from the wisdom of Matthew over the years. Thank you, Matthew for all of your work and your impact on myself and many others around the world. Read this book if you want to change your life!

Unfortunately, as a man, I had trouble reading this. I found this very much still geared towards women, which makes sense given the authors background, so no fault on the author.

Given the differences between men and women it was unrealistic of me to expect there might be a crossover.

Anyhow, this will appeal to women and preoccupied attachment type guys who are anxious to hopefully help move people into self growth, value setting, boundary setting and self worth, also touches on red flags.

some chapters were amazingly helpful for me. maybe too long but going through the chapters and listen whatever feels related, because all of them had good and valuable information
